Zinc: There is a theory which states that oysters are good for your sex life, because oysters are the food sources rich in zinc, and zinc is known as one of the key nutrients involved in enhancing libido and sperm production. We can get zinc from shellfish (especially oysters), wheat bread, brown rice, and dark green vegetables.
Selenium: This mineral is a very important to ensure the production of healthy ova and sperm. Brown rice and porridge oats are a good source of selenium.
Manganese: Metabolism of the hormone estrogen in women depends on manganese. Manganese deficiency will significantly reduce fertility in women. Spinach, tea, wheat, whole grain cereals, raisins, pineapple, and nuts are a rich source of manganese.
